Gowan Cottage is newly built in a traditional style and finished to a high standard.  It is ideally situated in the Charleston area of Gairloch within easy walking distance of the harbour, golf course and Gairloch beach.

Gowan Cottage has three spacious bedrooms:

The lounge has ample comfortable seating, a widescreen TV and DVD player.  Free wi-fi is included.

The spacious open plan kitchen  and dining area is fully equipped with electric double oven, ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher and microwave oven, with bright open dining area which seats 6 comfortably.

There is a seperate utility room with washing machine, tumble drier and freezer.  The cottage has full oil-fired central heating.

There is a large, safe fenced garden, with parking area for up to three cars.

Electricity and heating are included in the weekly rental.

One well behaved pet is welcome by arrangement.

Strictly No Smoking.

All bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided free of charge.  A cot is available by arrangement but we do not provide linen for this so please remember to bring your own.

Terms & Conditions
  1. All terms are per week commencing at 4.00 p.m. on Saturday and ending at 10.00 a.m. on Saturday.
  2. A deposit of £100.00 per week is required with your reservation, and the balance is to be received three weeks before the holiday commencement date.
  3. The reservation will constitute a binding contract between yourself and Heatherdale Properties. In the event of a cancellation, every effort will be made to re-let the accommodation, and if this can be done any monies will be returned.
  4. If we are unable to re-let, the full rental is due.
  5. Smoking in the house is strictly forbidden.
  6. The maximum number of guests is limited to six plus baby.
  7. Guests will be responsible for making good any damage to the property during their stay, whether caused wilfully or not, and for replacing any articles of furniture or equipment damaged, broken or lost.
  8. The cottage must be left clean and tidy for the next visitors by 10.00 a.m. on the last day.
  9. We welcome pets but ask owners to remove all traces of animal hairs from carpets, and 'deposits' from the garden before departure.
